We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nexgenn India provides professional consulting services including but not limited to: • Research methodology guidance and research support • Technical documentation and report writing support • Business and management consulting • Engineering and computer science guidance • Healthcare and nursing research support • Editing, proofreading, and presentation design • Professional documentation assistance All services are delivered remotely by qualified subject experts. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are agreed upon prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

As a client of Nexgenn India, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your project requirements • Use our services solely for lawful and legitimate professional purposes • Not misrepresent the nature, purpose, or intended use of any deliverables • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our methodologies, processes, or intellectual property without written consent

Payment terms for all consulting engagements are agreed upon prior to project commencement and specified in the project confirmation. Standard terms include: • A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in the project proposal • Final payment is due upon delivery of completed deliverables unless otherwise agreed • Payments are processed via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or other agreed methods • All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law • Nexgenn India reserves the right to withhold deliverables pending full payment

Nexgenn India takes confidentiality seriously and is committed to maintaining strict discretion in all client engagements: • All project information, communications, and materials shared with us are treated as strictly confidential • We do not disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law • All experts in our network are bound by confidentiality agreements • We do not retain or use client materials for any purpose beyond the agreed engagement • Client identities are never disclosed publicly without express written permission Clients are similarly expected to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, and internal processes.

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced by Nexgenn India for the client become the property of the client. However: • Our underlying methodologies, templates, frameworks, and systems remain the intellectual property of Nexgenn India • You may not reproduce or distribute our website content without prior written permission • Pre-existing intellectual property brought to the engagement by either party remains with its original owner • Any third-party materials incorporated into deliverables are used in compliance with applicable licences

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Nexgenn India provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any deliverable • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services • Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use or non-use of our deliverables

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement subject to the following: • Clients may terminate an engagement with 7 days' written notice; fees for work completed to date remain payable • Nexgenn India may terminate an engagement if the client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed unethical or unlawful • Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned or destroyed as applicable • These Terms, including Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, and Limitation of Liability clauses, survive termination

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at nexgennindia.com/privacy-policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For clients based in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Canada, or the United States, we are committed to resolving disputes amicably through mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
